Digital Products — No Returns
Every Amberwell product is a digital download delivered instantly to your email once payment is confirmed. Because there's no physical item to send back and the file is available to you immediately, we don't accept returns and can't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once your order has been delivered.
We know that's a different experience than shopping for a physical product — we've tried to make the product pages and preview images clear and honest up front, precisely so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
When We Will Make It Right
There are a few situations where we'll always help — how we help depends on the situation:
- Technical issues — if your download link doesn't arrive, doesn't work, or the file is corrupted or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will always get you a working file — resending the link or file directly — but this is a fix, not a refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us. Once we've confirmed with our payment records that the charge was genuinely duplicated, the duplicate amount is refunded in full, no further conditions attached. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval, matching how long it typically takes your card issuer to post it.
- Wrong item — if the file you received doesn't match what you ordered, contact us and we'll send you the correct file. As with technical issues, this is corrected by sending the right file, not by a refund.
For Customers in the EU/UK
Under EU and UK consumer law, you'd normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right doesn't apply once download has begun, provided we've told you this in advance and you've agreed to it. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you want your digital planner delivered to you immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so means you give up your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
