About Amberwell
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amberwell website at amberwellco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. Amberwell is owned and operated by Portschester LLC ("Amberwell," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, anyone else. You may not attempt to disrupt, overburden, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
Digital Products & License
Everything Amberwell sells is a digital product delivered electronically — there is no physical item shipped to you. When you purchase a planner, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the file for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may print copies for your own personal use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the file (in whole or in part) in any form, including on file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or social media.
- You may not claim the design or content as your own or use it to create a competing product.
All content, design, layout, and branding are the intellectual property of Portschester LLC and are protected by copyright law.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice; changes won't affect orders already completed.
Digital Delivery
Because every Amberwell product is a digital download, there is no shipping and no shipping policy — your file is delivered automatically and instantly to the email used at checkout once payment is confirmed. If a download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, contact us (see Contact Information) and we'll resolve it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our Return & Refund Policy differs from a typical physical-goods store — please review it separately before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and content on the Site, other than the licensed use of the planner files described above, remain the property of Portschester LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing, or to attempt to introduce viruses or other malicious code.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portschester LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including loss of data or profits.
